Town View
Part of the reason I decided to make my own digital grimoire solution was due to a lack of a fully digital representation of the 'Town View' in existing solutions, i.e. the board that is visible to town which shows a player's alive status, and ghost votes.
I thought to myself, if I ever wanted to have a spontaneous game of Clocktower with some friends, that we could easily use a mobile device for the Grimoire, but what would we do for the players? How would we keep track of whether someone is alive or dead in a way that is public to everyone.
When I'm playing in-person in Oslo, since Halloween last year, we have been using LED candles. If the candle is switched on you are alive, if its off you are dead, and if you use your dead vote, you have to either tip it on its side or put it out of view.
I don't know about you, but I don't tend to carry around 5 - 15 candles with me just in case my friends suddenly decide they want to play a game of botc.
That was my motivation for creating the Digital Grimoire town view. I'm so pleased it's been a success and that people are making use of it for their games.
Multi-Room Extravaganza
One user on my Discord server, @engoni has taken the idea to a whole new level. They shared with me their setup for running games in their apartment, and I was super impressed with what they had managed to achieve.

Using an application called CastReceiver, which turns old devices like tablets and TVs into ChromeCast receivers, they were able to run the Digital Grimoire Town View on a single device, and then cast the screen to various rooms in their home, so no matter where the players were, they could always refer to the town view and see who was alive/dead.

You can even keep track whilst in the bathroom!
This setup surpasses the in-person experience in my opinion, where the town view is only visible in one place, usually in the middle of the town square.
It certainly goes beyond what I had imagined when I first decided to create this view.
Thank You
Thanks to @engoni for sharing this extremely cool setup with me. I hope everyone who took part in the game had a blast and appreciated the effort you put in to getting this multi-room experience up and running. And I hope for anyone reading this, it can give you inspiration on how you can run a successful game of Blood on the Clocktower using Digital Grimoire and the Town View.
